Kate Middleton Is Better Than You: Duchess Plays Volleyball In Heels, Shows Off Amazing Post-Baby Body [PHOTOS]
Duchess Kate Middletons' pre-baby body is back. The royal mom of Prince George made a solo public appearance this week following her maternity leave showing off her impressive volleyball skills and her stunning post-baby body just three months after giving birth.
The 31-year-old Duchess and wife to the UK’s Prince William, Duke of Cambridge attended the SportsAid Athlete Workshop at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Friday in honor of the charity that helps young British athletes get recognized to obtain financial assistance. According to a report from Us Weekly, the Bucklebury native and self-professed athlete tried her own hand at volleyball halfway through the event while sporting heels and showing off her toned stomach.
“She was a natural,” Toby French, a 18-year-old Chelmsford-based volley player told the magazine. “You can tell she’s sporty. She said she’s played a little before,” he said.
Athletes were not the only ones impressed with Middleton’s talents and generosity to help the cause, SportsAid also reached out to the royal on their official Twitter account Friday to offer their gratitude. “Suberb day at Copper Box with the Duchess of Cambridge – thank you everyone who came and made it such a success.”
The charity event marks the fourth the Duchess has been spotted following the birth of her first child, Prince George of Cambridge, on July 22 and his subsequent first public appearance outside St Mary’s Hospital in London the following day. Middleton was last seen during an outing to a local super market on the island of Anglesey on Aug. 23, just one month after giving birth, looking equally as fit.
Following the release of the images that displayed the Duchess’ speedy weight loss, an insider revealed to Us Weekly that Middleton shed the extra pounds naturally. “Kate’s still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant has just melted off,” said the source, adding, “She’s not dieting.”
