Kate Middleton Channels Princess Charlotte With This ‘Turn, Wave’ Move [WATCH VIDEOS]

Kate Middleton channeled her inner Princess Charlotte in her recent outing.

On Tuesday, the Duchess of Cambridge just made her first solo outing with Queen Elizabeth II. After their engagement, Middleton stepped out again on her own and visited the Foundling Museum in London, where she was announced as the new patron.

In a video shared on Twitter, Middleton is seen waving to the crowd and flashing her beautiful smile upon arrival. She talked to the people who welcomed her. Then the group climbed the stairs after making a few steps, Middleton turned to give the crowd another wave.

Middleton’s “wave and turn” was reminiscent of what Princess Charlotte did when they visited the royal mom of three at St. Mary’s Hospital after she gave birth to Prince Louis in April 2018. Just hours after Middleton’s delivery, Prince William arrived at the hospital with 5-year-old Prince George and 3-year-old Princess Charlotte. The future king was holding his children by the hand.

The royal children who were still attending school at the time were still in uniform. Unlike her big brother, Princess Charlotte was in high spirits and was all smiles as she waved to the crowd. When the royal trio climbed the stairs to enter the facility, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s only daughter turned her head to the crowd again and waved.

The clip also showed how sweet and protective Prince George was to his younger sister. When Prince William let go of his children inside the hospital, they walked ahead and before the doors closed, Prince George was seen walking toward Princess Charlotte and putting an arm around her shoulders.

Back in February, Prince William and Middleton took a leave from their royal duties to spend some time with their kids during their half-term break. Middleton reportedly took Prince George and Princess Charlotte to a luxury Norfolk hotel complex.

The royal trio was seen enjoying a swimming session. Prince George and Princess Charlotte were “impeccably behaved” as they practiced their diving skills.

Prince William and Middleton’s kids are good swimmers and enjoyed the pool without any armbands. Middleton, Prince George and Princess Charlotte went to the steam room and sauna after their swimming session and stayed there for about four to five minutes each.
