Kate Middleton was recently criticized for taking photos of Prince George only in England and not the other regions in the United Kingdom.

Last week, the Duchess of Cambridge shared three new pictures of her eldest son to commemorate his 6th birthday. Shortly after the photos were released, Gert’s Royal blog dubbed the snaps "England-centric."

The blog also noted the fact that Middleton has yet to take and share photos of the future king taken either in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. After criticizing the photo, the blog went on to say that they have nothing against Prince George’s pictures.

“My comment was not about the specific photo but just a general comment that out of the 50+ appearances/photo of the Cambridge kids over six years, we have never gotten a photo/official appearance in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland. This, to me, seemed a little odd given that they are equal import part of the UK, and the Cambridges lived in Wales during the early years of their marriage and visit the Queen in Scotland each summer,” the blog explained to Cosmopolitan.

Meanwhile, Prince George also made headlines this week after it was revealed that Meghan Markle seemingly followed protocol in introducing the third in line to the throne to his cousin, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

According to Express, the Duchess of Sussex introduced Archie to Prince George first before the 2-month-old was introduced to his other cousins, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

All four royal children were photographed at Prince William and Prince Harry’s polo match earlier this month. In one of the snaps, 1-year-old Prince Louis sticks his tongue out at Archie while wearing Middleton’s sunglasses. Prince George was also photographed staring at his younger cousin.

During the outing, Markle and Middleton were photographed standing close to each other. But a body language expert said that the two female royals didn’t really talk much at that time because Archie was asleep and they didn’t want to wake him up.
