Kate Middleton Exerts ‘More Effort’ During Meghan Markle Friendly Reunion, Expert Says

Kate Middleton exerts more effort in her friendly public reunion with Meghan Markle.

The Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Sussex have made headlines in the past weeks due to their alleged rift. However, the two appeared amicable during their recent outing together.

According to body language expert Judi James, Middleton and Markle put on a united front for the royals' Christmas Day church service in Sandringham. She also told Fabulous Online that it was just for cameras and that Middleton put the most effort into the display of friendship.

James noted how Middleton adopted the matriarchal role in the royal family. She also added that based on Middleton’s body language, Prince William’s wife was keeping her future role as the next queen in mind.

The expert also noted how Middleton kept herself a few steps away from her husband to keep pace with Markle who was holding Prince Harry. Last year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge showed rare PDA by walking while holding hands.

“It was she who took the job of PR for the two couples here, opting to not hold her husband’s hand as she had last year,” James said about Middleton.

According to James, Middleton did it to close “breach any ideas of a physical and emotional gap.” Both Middleton and Markle used eye contact and had broad smiles on their faces that suggest happiness.

“Kate even raised a hand to chat, performing the kind of dimpled and slightly suppressed smile that would suggest the two women were sharing a joke,” James added.

James spoke earlier and said that Middleton and Markle’s feuding was visible in their first royal engagement last February. Although the duchesses were seen smiling at the cameras, the expert said that those photos were slightly misleading.

On the said outing, Markle mirrored Middleton as an integration technique. She even copied the royal mom of three’s duchess slant. However, the expert noticed that something was off between the two.

According to reports, Middleton and Marke’s ghastly row began last year. It reportedly started when Prince William and Middleton invited Prince Harry and Markle to their home. Middleton said something to Markle that made the latter felt that she was being “told off.”
