Kate Middleton Fashion: How To Copy Duchess' Chic Catherine Walker Dress [PHOTOS]
Kate Middleton's style is just as elegant and chic as ever.
The Duchess of Cambridge recently donned another simple but stunning look when she stepped out for a visit to the Foundling Museum in London in March. Middleton, who has a degree in art history from the University of St. Andrews, was announced to be the new patron of the museum and returned to her artistic roots for the royal engagement.
In 2017 The Duchess of Cambridge visited the @FoundlingMuseum and met the first intake of ‘Tracing our Tales’ trainees.

For the outing, Prince William's wife looked gorgeous in a gray coat dress from Catherine Walker that she wore during her joint appearance with Queen Elizabeth II earlier that same day. However, for her visit to the Foundling Museum, Middleton ditched her Lock & Co. black fascinator, while keeping the black tights, black clutch and matching block-heeled pumps, according to People.

Meanwhile, following the announcement of Middleton's new patronage, Larissa Joy, Chair of Trustees of the museum, released a statement expressing their delight over the duchess' new appointment.
“We are delighted and honored that Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has become Patron of the Foundling Museum,” Joy said. “We could not imagine a more perfect Patron. We look forward to working with her as we fulfill our mission to inspire people to make a positive impact on society through the arts.”
This followed Kensington Palace's statement regarding the royal mom-of-three's new patronage. "The Duchess has a longstanding interest in both the arts and supporting vulnerable families, and this patronage will further highlight the beneficial impact that art and creativity has on emotional wellbeing," the palace said in a press release.

The Foundling Museum explores the history of the Foundling Hospital, the U.K.'s first children's charity and public art gallery. The museum has worked with writers, artists and musicians to create learning programs, especially for marginalized and vulnerable youth.
The young people who have benefited from the program have given back and gone on to run art workshops at the museum.
