Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle Fashion Blunders That Duchesses Would Rather Forget [PHOTOS]

Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are among the most fashionable figures today, but they have also had their fair share of fashion faux pas.

The Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Sussex are considered style icons and each have their own large following. However, there were also times when their choices just didn't work for them. Here are some of Middleton's and Markle's royal blunders that the two duchesses will surely want to forget, according to Express.

Markle in Tonga

Markle arrived in Tonga in a stunning red dress from Self Portrait. She appeared pretty exhausted during her arrival, which was understandable given that she's pregnant.

While many were happy to see the royal, a number were also shocked when they saw the dress' price tag still attached to it. It was considered an epic fashion blunder and a wardrobe malfunction, but some just joked about it.

"There is always the chance Meghan was planning to return the dress," one user wrote.

Markle flashes black lace bra

A few months back, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended Charlie van Straubenzee's wedding. Markle left the top button of her top undone which resulted in a wardrobe malfunction. The duchess was unaware that her black lace bra was visible and was even photographed smiling and waving at the photographers.

Middleton’s heel caught in a grate

In 2013, the Duchess of Cambridge looked elegant and beautiful for St. Patrick's Day. However, her heel was accidentally caught in grate, so she had to stoop down while handing out shamrocks to Irish Guards.

Middleton leaned against Prince William as she gracefully freed her footwear. Then she stood up and continued as if nothing happened.

It wasn’t the last time that Middleton had encountered the same problem. Earlier this year, when Middleton was still pregnant with Prince Louis, her stiletto heel was caught in a grate again when she visited Action on Addiction Community Treatment Center. This time Middleton just laughed it off and was able to maintain her balance to avoid toppling over.

In October, Middleton accidentally flashed her thighs after Princess Eugenie's royal wedding. They were standing outside the church when Storm Callum blew a gust of wind through the duchess' stunning pink Alexander McQueen dress. Middleton was photographed padding her skirt while smiling as she tried to maintain her composure.

Middleton also experienced the same during a visit to Canada. Actually, it happened several times to the Duchess of Cambridge.
