Before marrying Prince William in 2011, Middleton graduated from St. Andrews with a degree in art history. Prince William graduated in the same year with a degree in geography.

When she turned 25 years ago, Middleton was photographed driving her own car on her way to her party. Now, she is chauffeured everywhere she goes. And as a commoner, Middleton was photographed carrying her huge bags especially when traveling. But as Prince William’s wife, someone carries her luggage for her.

In the past, Middleton also attended red carpet events as a guest. Now, she’s the head of various charities. Just like her, Markle experienced a drastic change in life since she met Prince Harry.
