Vanity Fair has released a preview of the 2011 list which features a number of A-listers and high-profile names. Included in this list of best-dressed women is the Duke of Cambridge, Catherine whose fashion sense has been the subject of much debate and speculation since the royal wedding.

In fact, the 29-year old Duchess has given royal fans and fashion-followers many pleasant surprises during her eleven-day tour to Canada and California. From Alexander McQueen to Jenny Packham, Erdem and Issa; Kate's multiple fashion ensembles has been inspiring people across the world.

Also included in the list are other royals and diplomats like Princess Charlene of Monaco, US First Lady Michele Obama, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and actresses Carey Mulligan and Tilda Swinton.
