The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recreated a Princess Diana moment during their visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra, India, 24 years after Prince William’s mother visited the historic monument. Kate Middleton and Prince William were seen sitting close to each other on the same bench that Princess Diana did during her visit in 1992.

The highly awaited photo of the couple sitting on the bench was shared by Kensington Palace on its Twitter account. The bench was reportedly also being kept cool with a towel, the Mirror reported.

A correspondent for the Mirror shared a video of the moment the royal couple sat n the famous bench.

Middleton was reportedly wearing a dress by Indian-American fashion designer Naeem Khan on Saturday while she took a stroll with her husband at the Taj Mahal.
