Kate Middleton Showcases Athletic Side As Duchess Shows Power Punch, Tries Taekwondo [VIDEOS]

Kate Middleton showed off her athletic side.

On Wednesday, the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in green culottes and white sneakers when she visited a SportsAid event at London Stadium. Middleton tied her hair in a ponytail and even tried her hand at taekwondo.

In a clip shared by royal correspondent Richard Palmer, Middleton can be seen showing off her power punch. Prince William’s wife also tried out the starting blocks. Middleton was praised by the netizens for athletic side during her recent outing.

“I don’t know how one woman could pick the most adorable and beautiful outfits every single time she gets dressed. She is so adorable,” one commented.

Middleton is very competitive. In her past outings she never backed down even if she had to compete with her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry. A source said the Middleton’s siblings are very competitive but when it comes to Middleton and her sister Pippa, they are more than a team than competitors.

“They had such drive and were very competitive, particularly Pippa, but never against each other,” Denise Allford, who coached Middleton and Pippa, told royal author Katie Nicholl. “They were very much a team.“

Middleton is also into sports in particular, tennis. Prince William talked to retired player Rod Laver and proudly said that when it comes to tennis, he couldn’t beat his wife.

“I’d met William and Kate a few times, and in the Royal Box you get a chance to chat with them a little bit,” Laver shared after a conversation with the future king. “They play tennis against each other. William told me he couldn’t beat her.”

Middleton looked stunning in her stylish black Eponine dress while the Duke of Cambridge was dapper in his blue suit and tie.
