Kate Middleton Stuns In Recycled Dress Showing Off Shoulders Amid Pregnancy Rumors [PHOTOS]

Kate Middleton recently showed off her gorgeous figure in a white off-the-shoulder dress during a charity gala.

On Wednesday, Middleton attended the first annual Addiction Awareness Week gala, where she stole the spotlight in her stunning Barbara Casasola dress in photos released by Kensington Palace via Twitter. She paired the gown with silver embellished pumps, which Express pointed out could be a £525 ($665) pair from Jimmy Choo.

The Duchess of Cambridge was also photographed carrying a satin clutch by Wilbur & Gussie and sporting her signature blowout hairstyle. Middleton completed her look with blue topaz and diamond hoop earrings from Kiki McDonough that reportedly costs £3,400 ($4,308).

This was not the first time Middleton had worn the lovely dress. She also donned the white off-the-shoulder gown in 2016 when she attended the Art Fund Museum of the Year prize event.

According to a previous statement from Kensington Palace, Addiction Awareness Week "aims to provide a platform to discuss the many elements of addiction, and to engage with people and families affected, and to raise public awareness." It runs from June 10 to 16 and is being hosted by the charity Action on Addiction, of which Middleton is the royal patron.

The Duchess of Cambridge was appointed this patronage back in 2012, and it provides community-based treatment and residential rehab for those recovering from addiction.

Last year, Middleton also made an appearance when the charity launched a new treatment center in Wickford. In 2014, she made a splash during the Action on Addiction Gala when she showed up in a daring gown. The black Temperley London dress featured laser cutouts and sheer panels.

Prior to attending the charity's latest gala, Middleton had a joint engagement with husband Prince William.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge ditched their usual formal getup for jeans and boots when they stopped by a farm in Cumbria.
