Kate Middleton is often admired for her slim and toned physique, almost as often as she is speculated to be pregnant with baby number four. Although pregnancy has yet to be confirmed, the Duchess of Cambridge has revealed how she stays in shape.

"I am running after my kids," she said while in New Delhi, India, to attend a garden party for the Queen's 90th birthday in 2016, according to Hello.

At the time, the Duchess was a mother of two and, since then, she has added one more child to the mix. Although caring for children can definitely be a workout in itself, she actually does more than just that to maintain her size-six figure.

"Kate is an exercise junkie," a royal insider told the Daily Mail and added that most of her moves involve no equipment at all, with one of her exercises including variations of a plank.

"It tightens her muscles," the source said. "There are three elements, the basic plank, the side plank, and the prone sky dive, all of which are positions Kate can hold for 45 seconds or longer and repeat at least ten times each."

There's no doubt that these two activities -- running around with kids and working out -- are how the 37-year-old stays in shape. It's also probably how she regained her figure after giving birth to each child, and, if Middleton does wind up pregnant with a fourth child, she will likely use this again after.
