Kate Middleton’s Plans For Meghan Markle’s ‘Dreamy’ Baby Shower Leaked

Meghan Markle’s sister-in-law Kate Middleton is reportedly pulling out all the stops for a forthcoming baby shower for the expectant Duchess. Ahead of her spring due date, the Duchess of Cambridge is said to be planning a lavish affair to celebrate Prince Harry and Meghan’s first child.

“Kate is planning a no-expenses sparred shower at Buckingham Palace,” an unnamed “friend” told Life & Style Magazine in their Dec. 10 print edition. The “dreamy” event is said to have a blue theme when it comes to dessert. “She’s hired a caterer to make blue cupcakes and a three-course lunch, and has drawn up a list of fun games, including Guess the Baby Food.”

Kate, who is a mother to three children with husband Prince William, is not just helping with Meghan’s party, she is also said to be supporting her throughout her first pregnancy. According to one source, Kate has been “advising Meghan on what lies ahead.”

“Meghan is nervous about the birth and has also been turning to Kate for tips on how to deal with balancing royal life with being a mom,” added the source.

Late last month, the magazine reported that Meghan was spending all of her free time with Kate. “As her due date approaches, Meghan’s excited but also nervous about becoming a first-time mom so she tries to spend as much time as possible with Kate,” the source said at the time.

“They’ll catch up and talk babies over tea, sandwiches, and scones or spend hours together shopping for baby clothes online.”
