Is Katie Holmes Dating Jamie Foxx? Actress Spotted Leaving Paris With Boyfriend

Although they have been trying their best to keep a low profile, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s relationship seems like it is becoming more public.

The stars, who have continuously denied that they are an item, were spotted leaving Paris together on May 11. Holmes reportedly flew to Paris to visit her boyfriend while he filmed “Robin Hood,” according to Us Weekly.

A source told the publication that the trip was Holmes’ first step in becoming more public with her romance. Although the were not seen together, the actors were photographed boarding the same private plane. “She’s head over heels for him,” the insider said about the pair.

The couple is reportedly over keeping their love a secret and intend on leaving behind the days in which they would dress up in disguises when going out together in order to avoid attention. “They’re going to go out to dinner more often,” the source revealed.

The actress is said to be “so in love” with her beau with the two considering taking a vacation together. “They’re talking about planning a summer trip together in Europe,” the insider stated.

Holmes has even opened up to friends about how great her relationship is. “She gushes about how amazing he is,” the source said.

For years, the two have denied being an item. In 2016, Foxx’s friend Claudia Jordan let it slip that he was dating Holmes, however, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member quickly backtracked and apologized for commenting on the romance.

While chatting with the Allegedly podcast, Jordan confirmed that the two were dating and that she approved of the romance. “He is very happy with her. I like that he seems very happy,” she said.

However, shortly after the interview, the reality star made a statement insisting that she “misspoke” in addressing Foxx’s romance with Holmes. “I have no knowledge of Jamie with Katie at all. I’ve never seen them together. He’s never told me he’s dating her,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

“A lot of times, I get asked questions about celebrities -- some I know, some I don’t -- a lot of times we just give a safe kind of generic answer,” she said.

“Sorry to not have this bombshell story, but I cannot confirm them,” the star added.

When paparazzi confronted Foxx about Jordan’s comment he simply denied it. “Oh come on, you guys have been trying to get that to stick for three years,” the actor said to the photographer inquiring about his love life. The actor then explained that he and Holmes were working on a project together and there was nothing else going on between them.

Holmes and Foxx have been rumored to have been dating since 2013, a year after the actress filed for divorce from ex-husband Tom Cruise. One of the reasons she reportedly ended her marriage was because of the actor’s ties to Scientology.

During a deposition for the actor’s $50 million lawsuit against a magazine for reporting that he abandoned the daughter he shares with Holmes, Suri Cruise, the “Mission Impossible” star admitted that the actress left him because of his religion.

The lawyer at the deposition asked the actor if one of the reasons why Holmes ended their marriage was to protect Suri. “That was one of the assertions, yes,” the actor replied.

Since the divorce, the former couple is reportedly no longer on speaking terms.
