Katie Holmes Feels 'Blessed' With Boyfriend Emilio Vitolo Jr, Source Says

Katie Holmes is very happy and satisfied with her newfound love, according to a report.

The "Dawson's Creek" alum has been dating Emilio Vitolo Jr. a year after her split from Jamie Foxx. She is on "cloud nine" with her new beau, an insider has revealed.

"She feels so blessed to be with a centered, down-to-earth, kindhearted companion who isn’t affected by the fame and puts happiness and traditional values first," a source told Us Weekly before adding that the 33-year-old chef "treats her like a total princess."

Even if Holmes and Vitolo Jr.'s relationship is still in its early stage, things are allegedly getting serious between the two. Although there are "some concerns" from her loved ones, Tom Cruise's ex-wife is not afraid of how fast her relationship with Vitolo Jr. has progressed.

"She doesn’t care what people may say about rushing into the romance," the insider added.

"In her mind, this is the real deal, they’re riding a beautiful wave together and she’s already decided it’s got the potential to go all the way.”

Holmes reportedly feels secure with her romance with Vitolo Jr., who was previously engaged to Rachel Emmons.

"Ultimately, she’s a grown woman who’s free to make her own choices. She’s got some seriously protective friends and family though, so [Emilio] better carry on treating her this well if he knows what’s good for him!" the tipster said.

Holmes and Vitolo Jr. first made headlines in September when they were spotted having dinner together at the Mediterranean restaurant Antique Garage in SoHo. They enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine and the "Batman Begins" actress was reportedly very touchy during the sighting.

Since then, they have been spotted together and they usually packed on the PDA during their public sightings. However, an insider who claimed to be close to Emmons called Vitolo Jr. "a cheater" because he was still with Emmons when his PDA photos with Holmes made headlines. The source even warned Holmes that their relationship won't have a happy ending story.

"Up to this press coming out, Rachel had no idea what was going on. He is a cheater, and this isn't a ‘happy ending' story," the source told Daily Mail.
