This week's cover story of OK! Magazine dons a photo of Katie Holmes with the words Yes, I'm Pregnant loudly displayed on the page.

The magazine reports that five years after Holmes gave birth to her daughter, Suri, the 32-year-old actress is expecting her second child.

The magazine references a photo of the actress at Barney's New York in Los Angeles on May 6 where it seems like Holmes has a bit of a baby bump. They quote an insider confirming Holmes' pregnancy.

Even so, Holmes' rep denies she is expecting a baby. Homes also denied her pregnancy to Suri for as long as she could.

She said she's finally past the morning sickness phase, an insider told OK! Magazine. She was talking a mile a minute. She's so excited.

Despite this cover story, The British Daily Mail is reporting that the actress is not pregnant. The Daily Mail said that the photos of Katie Holmes shopping in Los Angeles have been photoshopped to make her stomach look larger.

She's not pregnant and this photo looks doctored, Ina Treciokas told E! News on Monday.
