Katie Holmes, 40, and Jamie Foxx, 51, sparked romance rumors a year after the “Batman Begins” star broke up with Tom Cruise. Though the pair had continuously denied the reports saying that they are an item, Katie and Jamie were spotted getting cozy in public many times over. In May, they, reportedly, ended their relationship after almost six years of dating.

Split rumors intensified after Jamie was snapped holding hands with singer Sela Vave in Los Angeles in August. Page Six even reported that Katie was overheard telling her pals that she and the “Django Unchained” actor have been separated for months already.

Amid the yet-to-be-confirmed breakup reports, Katie Holmes spent a glamorous night with her mom, Kathleen, as they graced the gala night of the American Ballet Theater in New York City on Wednesday. Metro UK reported the ex-wife of Tom Cruise posed for snaps with Kathleen in the photo area and dined together with other guests.

For starters, Katie Holmes and Kathleen love ballet so much. In fact, Jamie Foxx’s ex-ladylove took her mom as her guest back in May. Other personalities spotted during the opening gala include Olivia Palermo, Tony Bennett and Karrueche Tran, who used to date RnB singer Chris Brown.

Just days after Katie and Jamie Foxx ended their six-year romance, the “Disturbing Behavior” actress also stepped out in the Big Apple with her daughter, Suri Cruise, 13. Katie Holmes donned a pair of neon green pumps with a gray top and a pair of white pants, at the time, while Suri opted for a bright pink sweats, gray shirt and white sneakers. The mother-daughter pair was snapped after the actress picked up Suri from school in August, per Us Weekly.

In 2015, Katie and Jamie, allegedly, broke up for the first time since “The Gift” actress could not get over her trust issues. “Katie noticed a total lack of respect in Jamie’s behavior,” an anonymous informant told RadarOnline.com. “She knew it wasn’t healthy for her or Suri, and she has to protect them both,” the same source went on.

Neither Katie Holmes nor Jamie Foxx has publicly commented on their alleged split up to this writing.
