Katie Holmes Stars in Sultry New H. Stern Ad Campaign [PHOTOS]

Even though she is married to a world famous movie star, Katie Holmes lives a relatively low-key life with Tom Cruise and daughter Suri. She is usually photographed wearing flats and a cozy sweater, not stilettos and platinum.

But Holmes knows how to remind the world that she has star power. Starring in the new H. Stern ad campaign, the 33-year-old actress looks like the sultriest of screen sirens.

Dripping in the jeweler's gems, she emerges from the ocean soaking wet. In another photo, she poses topless, covering herself with her bare arm. An octopus-esque necklace is draped on her neck. In another, she lays in the sand staring evocatively into the camera.

The theme of H. Stern's latest collection is a nod to the popular under-the-sea trend for Spring 2012. This is the brunette beauty's third ad campaign for H. Stern. The recent ads are currently only running in Israel but will hit America in the fall.

Holmes also modeled for Ann Taylor's Spring 2011 campaign.

The devoted mother is ready for what is next. I feel ready... for the next chapter of my life, she said in a recent interview. I'm excited to begin a new phase; roles I might have been afraid to play before, places I want to travel with my daughter. I'd like to build the design business. But not too fast.

Suri is now 5-years-old. The working mother made her Broadway debut in a revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons in 2008 and has been busy ever since, developing a fashion line and filming The Kennedys.
