Katrina Bowden, who plays beautiful young secretary Cerie on 30 Rock to Tina Fey's brainy and grouchy Liz Lemon, graced the cover of FHM's cheerleader issue half-naked and wearing nothing but underwear and an American Flag with the headline, America's Hottest New Star. There's no question that Bowden's looks have helped her succeed, and her beauty is often a plot point on 30 Rock. The New Jersey-born actress has also appeared alongside Zooey Deschanel on the new Fox series The New Girl.

At 23 years old, Bowden is engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Ben Jorgensen, a musician. He popped the question in January.
