Katy Perry Says Orlando Bloom Always Gives An Honest Feedback On Her Outfits, Makeup
Katy Perry, who welcomed her daughter named Daisy Dove last year with fiancé Orlando Bloom, gushed about how supportive the actor is, adding that he is always honest when it comes to sharing his opinion on her outfits and makeup, EOnline reported.
Perry noted that Bloom has always been a great help when it comes to her dresses, especially for her upcoming concert, titled "Katy Perry: PLAY."
"We talked about the costumes and the makeup. Sometimes when I'm going to a fitting, he'll ask for notes or I'll show him this," Perry told the outlet Wednesday.
She further explained that it is a "fun" activity for both of them and they are always truthful when it comes to giving fashion advice. "I'm like, 'Babe, don't wear that. You look like something. Don't,'" Perry added.
The 37-year-old singer is all set to perform at her concert "Katy Perry: PLAY," which will be held at Resorts World Las Vegas from Dec. 29 to March 19, 2022.
During the interview, the singer also talked about the kind of outfits she will be performing in. "It's going to be a little sexy," Perry revealed. "These costumes, some of them have tricks in them, like my 'California Dreams' dress...There's a lot of rhinestones."
The singer also added that Bloom and her daughter are two massive fans of her music and will be seated in the front row at the concert. "They're going to see the show plenty of times," Perry added. "I like to keep my head done, do the work and be like, 'Yeah, here it is. I'm also a mom.'"
Perry and Bloom met during the Golden Globes after-party in January 2016. Four months later, in May, Perry made their relationship Instagram official by posting a photo from Cannes.
After a brief breakup, the couple got together again in 2018. They announced their engagement in February 2019 and welcomed their baby girl in 2020.
On the work front, Bloom lent his voice to an animated sitcom, "The Prince," which dropped on July 29. Many other stars including Gary Janetti, Sophie Turner, Iwan Rheon, and Dan Stevens lent their voice to various characters.
Perry, on the other hand, was last featured in a music video, "Electric," which dropped on May 14.
