Katy Perry Shares Great Thing About Being Close To Orlando Bloom's Ex-Wife Miranda Kerr

Katy Perry got candid about her friendship with Orlando Bloom's ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, and she shared that the latter makes her try her products.

Orlando Bloom's fiancée, Perry, joined his ex-wife, Kerr, to discuss the launch of the latter's KORA Organics skincare on Instagram Live Tuesday. During the chat, Kerr and Perry bonded over motherhood and they spoke about their "close" relationship as well.

"In our modern family, she's probably the most health conscious of everyone," Perry was quoted by People as saying of Kerr. "One of the great things about being close to Miranda is I get to try out all her products, especially when her son [Flynn] comes home with them in his backpack."

Aside from sharing beauty products, Perry said that Kerr and "Flynn will always bring this amazing nugget of knowledge on either skincare or food."

Perry and Bloom welcomed their firstborn, Daisy Dove, last year. Meanwhile, Kerr has two sons 18-month-old Miles and 3-year-old Hart with her husband Evan Spiegel.

"The kids are my number one love," Kerr said when they talked about parenting and motherhood. "It's just the best thing in the world, being a mom."

The "Daisies" singer agreed with Kerr describing motherhood as "the best job." Se was also floored by the unconditional love she discovered after having a child.

"There was no feeling like the feeling when I had my daughter. That was like all the love I was ever searching for what like 'Bam,'" Perry added. "The love from your children is constant and unconditional and isn't based on what you have, what you don't have, what career, what product and that's definitely made me feel so full to know that there's this unwavering and unconditional love. I'm so glad I made the conscious decision to actually try and do that because I didn't want to miss out on that opportunity…It's been the best thing."

The Australian model has been very supportive of Bloom and Perry. When she appeared on "The Drew Barrymore Show" in November, she talked about her healthy relationship with her ex-husband and his fiancée.

"I adore Katy and I just feel so happy that Orlando has found someone that makes his heart so happy," the former Victoria's Secret model said. "Because at the end of the day, for Flynn to have a happy father and a happy mother is just the most important thing."
