Keira Knightley’s Pregnant Golden Globes Red Carpet Dress Ripped Apart On Twitter [PHOTOS]
Actress Keira Knightley showed off her maternity style on the red carpet for the 72nd Golden Globe Awards Sunday. The 29-year-old starlet is nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role as Joan Clarke in “The Imitation Game.”
Knightley arrived on the red carpet with husband James Righton wearing a ruffled high neckline Chanel gown covered in butterflies. The mom-to-be dished that it “apparently” took 30 people in a week to complete the red carpet dress – something that is making her a little nervous.
“What if I spill something down it or I rip it?” she confessed her worries to E! correspondent Ryan Seacrest, adding she’d “feel incredibly guilty.”
The Chanel gown isn’t Knightley’s first maternity dress that she donned on the red carpet. On Saturday she was photographed at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts tea party in a mustard Hermès gown.
“The Imitation Game” is up for a couple of awards Sunday. Nominations include Best Motion Picture - Drama, Best Screenplay and Best Original Score. Benedict Cumberbatch is also nominated for Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama.
