Kelly Clarkson Celebrates Easter Sunday With Kids Following Backlash Over Nutella Post
Kelly Clarkson celebrated Easter with her kids. She even shared on social media a photo of herself getting kisses from her bundles of joy with husband Brandon Blackstock.
On Sunday, Clarkson took to Instagram to share to her fans a photo of what she got for Easter Sunday. In the pic, Clarkson can be seen hugging 2-year-old River Rose and 1-year-old Remington Alexander. While Clarkson’s daughter is giving her a kiss on her hair, the singer pouts her lips toward her son. In the caption, the “American Idol” Season 1 winner stated that “baby kisses are the greatest.”
Many of Clarkson’s fans were happy to see such an adorable photo of the celebrity mother and her kids. “What a precious picture. Happy Easter to you, your little honey bunnies River Rose and Remy B and the whole family,” one fan wrote. “What beautiful children you have Kelly. What a gorgeous picture!! Love shines through like a full moon,” another commented.

Clarkson’s Easter post comes a week after she went under fire for feeding her 2-year-old daughter Nutella. Apparently, the “A Moment Like This” singer shared a clip of River’s first Nutella experience last Sunday, and the responses to her post mostly criticized her for allowing her child to eat the sweet chocolate spread.
Some parents, especially mothers, expressed their concern over Clarkson’s food choices for her kids. “Nutella is hella bad for you,” one concerned fan stated. “Stop trying to make your daughter as fat as you. That’s child abuse. You should be ashamed,” another wrote.
Despite the hate she received, Clarkson appears to be unfazed as she even shared a photo of her and her husband feeding their son chocolate cake on his first birthday. While some people continued to bash her food choices, many of her fans have come to her defense, claiming that the singer is not likely to feed her children sugary treats every single day.
