On Nov. 18, Patrick Frazee was found guilty of first-degree murder, three counts of solicitation to commit murder, and tampering with a deceased human body regarding the death of his fiancée, Kelsey Berreth. Following his conviction, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole plus 156 years.

However, new information continues to emerge about what happened to her on Thanksgiving Day 2018, which is the last day that she was seen alive.

Newly-released body cam footage of Frazee's ex-mistress, Krystal Lee, now sheds new light on what she says transpired.

According to the Daily Mail, Lee alleges that Frazee's mother, Sheila Frazee, was present when her son burned his fiancee's body and other incriminating evidence on his property. This revelation came as Lee walked investigators around Frazee's Florissant, Colorado ranch following Berreth's disappearance.

In the new video, lead FBI investigator Gregg Slater asks Lee about this. "You had also mentioned that at one point Patrick's mom came out and stood on the deck? Looking over towards the house can you tell me where you saw his mom?"

"I could just see her step out between the two trees, there's the wire dog kennel, straight past that, she came out, stood there, and then turned and went back into the house," Lee replied.

The law enforcement officials also asked Lee to describe what personal items were burned along with Berreth's body. "Curtains, pillows, stuffed animals, cleaning supplies, the towels.. everything I took from her house," she stated, adding, "I also threw in all the clothing I was wearing and the shoes I was wearing...a white jumpsuit, grey sweater, black pants, hair and shoe covering and gloves."

During Frazee's murder trial, which concluded on Nov. 18, Frazee's mom pleaded the fifth and refused to testify against her son. She has also refrained from responding publicly to Lee's claims thus far.

At this time, Lee faces a maximum of three years in prison for the role she played in attempting to cover up Berreth's murder with Frazee. Her sentencing is expected to take place in Cripple Creek, Colorado on Dec. 2.
