Kendall Jenner Looks ‘Subdued’ After Met Gala, Amid Ben Simmons Breakup Rumors

Kendall Jenner looked “subdued” when she stepped out the day after the Met Gala festivities and in the wake of rumors claiming she and Ben Simmons are no longer together.

On Tuesday, the fashion model stepped out in New York City with a more low-profile getup compared to her bright orange feathered Versace dress last Monday night. Jenner rocked a pair of faded Levi’s jeans, a big bomber leather jacket and black heeled boots.

In the photos obtained by Daily Mail, Kendall appears to have a somber expression while wrapping her arms around herself tightly. It wasn’t clear if her serious look was mainly due to the pouring rain that day, or if it had something to do with the rumors that she and Simmons have broken up.

Kendall and Ben’s romance has been very quiet and away from the public eye for the most part. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star made it clear that she wanted them to have privacy. However, it’s quite alarming that the two haven’t been spotted together for more than a month now.

The last time they were seen together was actually way back in March when they shopped for vacuum cleaners at Best Buy in Wegman’s shopping center in Cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey. It was recently revealed that many people think Jenner and Simmons’ romance is “cursed” because of the dating history the Kardashian ladies had with basketball players.

Last week, the split rumors got more intense when Kendall reunited with ex-boyfriend Jordan Clarkson at Travis Scott’s birthday party in the City of Angels. Days prior, Jenner also reconnected with another ex, Blake Griffin, while Simmons was focused on his team’s game against the Raptors.

Both Jenner and Simmons have yet to personally address the breakup issue. Two months ago, Jenner reportedly got mad after learning that Simmons was still wearing the necklace ex-girlfriend Tinashe gifted him. But it wasn’t clear if the tiff over the necklace continued to take a toll on their relationship.

Meanwhile, Kendall recently disclosed that she’s thinking of shaving all of her hair off. But in an interview, she clarified that she was simply mulling the idea of cutting her hair short. However, she said that she’s afraid she’d end up looking just like her mom if she cuts her hair short because she’s a “mini Kris Jenner.”
