Kendall Jenner Shows Off Skin In Barely There Gown During The 2016 Met Gala
Kendall Jenner was one of the Hollywood celebrities who rocked the red carpet event during the 2016 Met Gala held Monday.
The model showed off a lot of skin while she walked the red carpet at the 2016 Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala event. Jenner wore a unique Atelier Versace gown that featured a cut-out top with a halter-styled neckline, Us Weekly magazine reported. The reality star’s shoulders, back and sides were on full display during the event.
The Versace gown also included woven blue and white strings, as stated in the same report. Several skin-toned pieces were also placed strategically on the gown to cover certain areas of Jenner’s body. The back bottom part of the Estee Lauder brand ambassador’s red carpet dress also featured a slit that showed off the model’s shapely legs. She completed her look with strappy white heels, as well as stunning diamond earrings and rings from Lorraine Schwartz. Jenner also kept her 2016 Met Gala red carpet hairstyle simple by pulling her long dark hair into a high ponytail.
The 2016 Met Gala marks the third time that the Victoria’s Secret model attended the event. Jenner’s famous sisters also attended the event. Kylie Jenner was spotted on the red carpet, as well as Kim Kardashian West with husband Kanye West. Kris Jenner also accompanied her children and son-in-law to the 2016 Met Gala.
Jenner has also appeared in several recent black-tie functions such as the White House Correspondents’ Dinner held on Saturday. The reality star appeared as a guest of USA Today during the event. She even had the chance to meet U.S. President Barack Obama and shared a short conversation with the said world leader. The U.S. president also mentioned Jenner during his speech at the event.
In Jenner’s blogpost, she commented on how President Obama joked about her in his speech, Entertainment Tonight reported. She even described the moment as “unreal.” Jenner has also shared that she felt privileged to be a part of event. “I was SO honored to be amongst such amazing humans,” she stated.
