Kendall Jenner Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Update: Pictures, Favorite Foods And What It’s Like To Work With ‘Kardashian’ Star
“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kendall Jenner is slated to walk second during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show next week, she confirmed on Instagram Sunday. After the announcement, the reality star-turned-model dished about her essential dressing room items.
It’s important for Jenner, 21, to have her room stocked with food before Monday's show. “I know some people ask for super crazy things backstage, but that's not my style—I'm pretty easy! I have low blood sugar, so I definitely need things to keep me going (aka lots of food!),” she wrote on her website and app Tuesday.
But Jenner doesn’t over indulge. She eats relatively healthy food behind-the-scenes—except for some chocolate. “Here's what will forever and always make my list: Twix, Justin's Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots. See, pretty simple—just feed me and I'm ready to go!” she penned.
While there have been rumors of seasoned Victoria’s Secret Angels fighting with Jenner, Adriana Lima gushed about the young model. “Kendall is very sweet and very nice, and it's always pleasant to work with someone like that,” Lima told E! Online Tuesday. “You know, she works as hard as we do, so I give her credit for all the effort.” The season vet, 35, added: “And I think she is going to do great because Victoria's Secret is all about personality, and she has her own personality.”
For 2016, the annual Victoria's Secret runway show will take place at the Grand Palais in Paris. Even though it’s being filmed Wednesday, it will not air until the following week.
It’s unclear if any of Jenner’s famous family members will attend this year’s taping. Last, year she didn’t allow her Kardashian-Jenner siblings to come. “I told them all to stay away,'” she told the New York Daily News at the time. “I just need the pressure off. There's enough pressure as it is.”
