Kendra Wilkinson Addresses Hank Baskett Divorce Rumors: 'Our Marriage Is Down The Drain'
Kendra Wilkinson is opening up about her troubled marriage with Hank Baskett, and admits it looks like a divorce is imminent. Reports emerged several weeks ago that the former NFL receiver cheated on Wilkinson while she was pregnant, with a transgender model. In June, Ava London, a Northern Californian, said she Baskett had sexual trysts three months ago.
Now, after remaining silent about their relationship, Wilkinson is speaking out in a preview for her WeTV reality show, "Kendra on Top." "Our marriage is down the drain," she said in a clip obtained by People. "I flushed my wedding rings down the toilet."
London told RadarOnline in July, “I met Hank Baskett probably around the 22nd or 23rd of April this year. He contacted me through a video I had posted on YouTube, and we exchanged information.”
“I gave him the address to my house, he came over,” she added. “I wasn’t expecting for him to come at the time he did, and I had just gotten out of the pool with my girlfriend.” London claims she did not know that Baskett was a former NFL player, and he never identified himself by his real name. He said instead that his name was Steve and, according to the model, Baskett knew she was a transsexual.
Wilkinson and Baskett reportedly were still putting on a united front for those close to them last weekend. “Hank and Kendra had a big BBQ at their house for friends and family,” a friend of Baskett, 31, told RadarOnline. “It seems like everything is good, and he seemed happy.”
London claims the two were intimate, though they did not have intercourse. Baskett allegedly gave her about $500 for the encounter and took a shower at her home afterward.
Wilkinson, 29, was about eight months pregnant at the time of Baskett's alleged infidelity. Wilkinson has since given birth to their daughter. Baskett and Wilkinson were married on June 27, 2009, and have two children together: Hank Baskett IV, 4, and Alijah Mary, who is just weeks old.
