Kevin Hart’s Wife Eniko Parrish Gives Birth: What Does Baby Name Mean?

After revealing she was three days past her due date, Kevin Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish finally gave birth to their baby boy. The couple welcomed their little one during the early hours of Tuesday morning, and the “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” actor shared the baby’s name with his fans.

The comedian took to Twitter to announce that his son has finally arrived. “God is truly amazing....Kenzo Kash Hart was born at 1:45am ....He is Healthy & already smiling. Thank you all for your prayers!!!! We love & appreciate ya #Harts,” he tweeted.

According to Nameberry, Kenzo is a common Japanese name that means “strong and healthy.” However, other sites report the name can also mean, “Wise and three” and “wise man.”

Meanwhile, his middle name, Kash, is the American respelling of “Cash,” meaning currency and coins, according to Oh Baby! Names. Digging deeper into other origins, Cash is an also an Irish surname and is the female version of Cass or Casse which is derived from the female name Cassandra. In Greek, it means “shining upon men.”

The birth of Hart’s son comes after his extortion scandal in September when an unknown party demanded money for a tape that featured the actor in sexually suggestive positions with a woman who wasn’t his pregnant wife.

Not long after the extortion became public, the “Ride Along” star apologized for his actions in an Instagram video. “I’m at a place in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back and because of that, I should make smart decisions. And recently, I didn’t,” the star said at the time.

Hart explained that he made a mistake that had a major effect on his life. “I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in an environment where only bad things can happen and they did,” he stated.

“At the end of the day man, I just simply have got to do better,” he added.

Since his apology, Hart and his family seemed to have moved on from the drama even though authorities are still carrying on their investigation.

Kenzo Kash is Parrish’s first child and Hart’s third. The comedian is already a father to daughter Heaven, 12, and son Hendrix, 10, from a previous marriage.
