“House of Cards” star Kevin Spacey is being investigated by Scotland Yard after police authorities received a sexual harassment complaint last Friday.

The Metropolitan Police force said it had received a complaint “of sexual assaults against a man” in 2005 in the London borough of Lambeth, according to TIME. Spacey was not identified as the perpetrator, since the police do not name the suspects until they are formally charged. However, British media are already reporting that it is the Academy Award-winning actor.

The complaint stated that the suspect was the same man who was accused of another assault in 2008, also in Lambeth. “Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offenses Command are investigating,” the force said in a statement.

The new allegation came after the Old Vic released its results of an internal investigation. The theater received 20 personal testimonies of alleged inappropriate behavior, the BBC reported. Spacey was the artistic director of London’s Old Vic Theatre between 2004 and 2015.

The theater said it “truly apologizes” for tolerating a culture where people are kept from speaking freely about abuse. The victims of the perpetrator said they “felt unable to raise concerns,” since he “operated without sufficient accountability.”

After the sexual allegations surfaced earlier this November, Spacey checked into Meadows, a medical centre in Wickenburg, in the hopes of curing his sex addiction.

The actor’s representatives told the Daily Mail that Spacey is currently at the $36,000 a month rehab centre in the Arizona desert, and he “is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment.”

The rehab center, which claims to have the best sex addiction treatment program in the U.S., will offer Spacey a wide range of classes which include horse riding, yoga, tai chi, and “mindfulness meditation.”

Spacey’s woes began after he was accused by “Star Trek: Discovery” actor Anthony Rapp of sexual harassment dating back to 1986. After, several members of the “House of Cards” crew came forward and accused Spacey of making their work environment toxic because of his “predatory” behavior.

It was a good thing Rapp had the courage to speak out, because it gave Spacey’s other victims the strength to share their own sexual harassment experiences.
