It’s been months since Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from estranged husband Lamar Odom, but the former Los Angeles Laker apparently isn’t ready to let go of her. Radar Online reports that the troubled NBA star is dragging out the process, citing sources who say he hasn’t filed a response even though he has had nearly five months.

Kardashian has been tied to rapper French Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, and seems to be having a great time with him. But not everything between them is perfect.

“It has been ages since Khloé has been going to clubs and just having fun,” the source told Radar Online on Monday. “While Khloé is very happy with French, because he treats her like a queen, she isn’t fully able to enjoy it because Lamar still hasn’t submitted a response in their divorce proceedings.”

The divorce presumably should be easy since they had a prenuptial agreement, but ever since the 29-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality star filed, “Lamar hasn’t been returning phone calls and text messages from Khloé regarding the divorce,” the source said. “He is disappearing for days at a time again, and hanging out with ‘shady’ people.”

Odom is trying to get back with his wife and has been “blowing up her phone” lately with “desperate calls,” the gossip site added. But Kardashian apparently does not want to reconcile.

Another insider, however, said the divorce is taking so long to finalize because Odom is too busy and he’s taking pleasure in frustrating Kardashian since she’s publicly moved on with another man. “Lamar knows the marriage is over, but it just isn’t a priority to him, filing the response, and going thru the court proceedings,” the insider told Radar Online. “He just wants to live his life in New York and be left alone. The fact it’s pissing Khloé off that Lamar is holding out, does give him some satisfaction. His ego has taken a huge hit because she is publicly rebounding with French.”

Odom isn’t the only one unhappy to see Kardashian with Montana. Her family has allegedly told her to stay away from him even though their relationship hasn’t been publicly confirmed.
