Khloé Kardashian Kicks Lamar Odom Out Of Calabasas Rental Home Amid Speculation About His Drug Use

Things aren’t looking good for the once budding friendship between estranged husband and wife Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star has been a guiding light for her soon-to-be ex-husband following an overdose that nearly claimed his life in October 2015 — but has Lamar learned his lesson?

TMZ reports that members of the Kardashian family found a crack pipe inside the Calabasas, California, mansion Khloé, 32, rented for Lamar. The home, which she is believed to have been paying $25,000 per month for, was just blocks from her home. After discovering his alleged relapse the reality star turned author kicked Lamar out of his 6,400 square foot bachelor pad. His removal from the property comes just one month before the lease is said to be up and Khloé reportedly has no plans to renew. Lamar is currently couch surfing, staying with different friends.

Reports claiming that drug paraphernalia was uncovered in Lamar’s home first appeared online in June. TMZ suggested that those close to the former Los Angeles Lakers player feared he may be using crack cocaine again. Family members and friends are thought to have confronted him after finding pipes, empty baggies and other drug-related items in the house. Sources told TMZ at the time that Lamar, 36, was behaving in a strange manner at the time, though it was not clear exactly how. Lamar’s inner circle was certain he was on drugs again and were trying their best to get him help. He was asked to enter rehab, but refused.

Many speculated that Lamar’s drug use was related to Khloé having filed for divorce for a second time. On May 27, E! Online reported that the “KUWTK” star submitted the necessary documents to terminate her three-year marriage to Lamar. The former couple initially split in December 2013, submitting their first round of paperwork for review by a judge. It was later revealed that the documents were incomplete. Khloé is said to have received several warnings from the courts asking that she submit the necessary items to complete their divorce or risk having it discarded. She ignored all notices and was forced to start the process over at a later date.

Neither Khloé nor Lamar has spoken out about him having been kicked out of his home.
