Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Report Theft At Marital Property Worth $250,000; LAPD Says Theft Involves Someone Close To The Family

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s house in Tarzana, Calif., which they recently sold to Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and her husband, Ryan Sweeting, was reportedly burglarized Monday.

According to TMZ, the theft was discovered when Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, went back to the house to clean it for its new owners. The thieves are said to have made away with $250,000 worth of jewelry and watches. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to E! News that the theft may have involved someone close to the family as there were no signs of a forced entry.

Khloe wrote on her Twitter account Tuesday: “Thieves.... Someone's about to have some bad Karma coming their way. And that bitch NEVER forgets!!!!”

In another tweet the same day, the youngest of the three Kardashian sisters, responded to another tweet: “Right?!? "@KimYe_Cray: @khloekardashian I can't believe they took advantage of a bad situation and stole your stuff! Disgusting people!"

According to reports, Kardashian wanted people who had access to the house, such as house staff, assistants, filming crews, inspectors and movers, to take lie-detector tests.

Kardashian and Odom had put their 8,000-square-foot marital property on the market in January for $5.4 million, after the couple filed for a divorce in December. But, Odom told Us Weekly in January that he was unsure if they would go through with the divorce.

"I love my wife. She'll always be my wife, no matter what," Odom told Us Weekly. "Who knows? We don't know exactly if [the divorce is going through]. Only time will tell. I hope not. But even if we were divorced, she would always be my wife."

Kardashian, who is featured on the April cover of Cosmopolitan, told the magazine that despite her marriage ending, she "wouldn't change a thing."

"Your life is meant for you to understand and process, not to make anyone else happy," she added. "I don't have any regrets...you learn as you go."
