Khloé Kardashian-Lamar Odom Update: James Harden Relationship Confirmed, Husband Is 'Confused'

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian gave an update on her estranged husband, former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom, and her boyfriend, Houston Rockets guard James Harden, during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres Friday. The E! reality star shared some details about Odom’s state of mind and added he doesn’t know how he wound up at Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai hospital.

Kardashian, 31, said the reason she hasn’t told Odom about his overdose at a brothel outside Las Vegas last month is because she doesn’t want to upset him. “We tell him that he had a brain injury, but we can’t tell him how that brain injury was caused, because that will set him back,” she said, Us Weekly reported.

Odom mixed herbal Viagra, cocaine and alcohol. “He’s really confused a lot -- sometimes he knows who the president is and his birthday, and sometimes he thinks he’s 26, and I say I bet you wish you were 26. So do I!” Kardashian said.

When the topic of Harden came up, Kardashian said it was a “unique situation to say the least.” Harden doesn’t mind that Kardashian called off her divorce to Odom. “I mean, we have to communicate a lot. And he’s really supportive and great,” she said.

She also praised her family: “Thank God I have a fantastic family who loves me and loves him just as much.”

The Kardashians and Jenners rushed to the hospital to visit Odom after they heard about his overdose. Kim Kardashian West and mom Kris Jenner reportedly went to Cedars Sinai to celebrate his 36th birthday. They later celebrated Jenner’s 60th birthday in a lavish “Great Gatsby”-themed bash.
