Khloé Kardashian-Lamar Odom Update: Reality Star Has Nasty Hospital Fight With Husband, Source Says

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian has been taking care of her ailing husband, ex-NBA player Lamar Odom, for weeks after he was found unconscious from a suspected overdose, but things are reportedly getting tense. The couple, who called off their divorce, got into a nasty fight in his hospital room, Radar Online wrote in an exclusive report Thursday.

The drama broke out when Odom, 35, accused Kardashian, 31, of using his hospitalization for publicity. “He thought it was only fair after the Kardashian spin machine went into overdrive in the days after his overdose,” an insider told Radar Online. “Khloé made sure she was photographed going into the hospital after those reports came out.”

She didn’t take the accusation lightly. “... Khloé really lit into Lamar and accused him of being ungrateful,” the source said. “Lamar was stunned by her anger.”

The E! reality star continued to berate her husband. “Lamar was so upset and by the time Khloé left, he was in tears. She was such a martyr; reminding him she had put her life on hold after the overdose. It was extremely mean-spirited of Khloé to do.”

It’s not the first time Kardashian has been accused of using Odom’s hospitalization for fame. When a People magazine cover story about her came out, she said she had agreed to do the interview before the former Los Angeles Lakers player fell ill.

“My people cover, I shot and interviewed for PRIOR to all the events that happened,” she tweeted Oct. 28. “It was contracted press for my book that I wrote months and months ago. Timing is what it is.” She added: “Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me. It's been a tough few weeks. I don't need your f---ed up energy! Know the facts before you throw stones.”

Kardashian's book, “Strong Looks Better Naked,” was published Tuesday.
