Khloe Kardashian, Tristan Thompson Threaten To Sue Woman Claiming He Fathered Her Child

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, who share daughter True, have been teaming up to put to rest rumors that the basketball star has a child with a certain Kimberly Alexander.

The parents were able to secure a cease and desist letter, obtained by the Entertainment Tonight, against the woman, ordering the recipient to “stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications." Kardashian and Tristan’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said that the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar did take a paternity test to quash the hearsays.

The test came out negative, the attorney added, and the result was acknowledged by Alexander’s camp. However, the woman reportedly kept on insisting that Thompson fabricated the result and insisted Kardashian’s ex is the father of her child.

The order also revealed that Alexander accused Kardashian of paying people to refrain from Thompson’s dirty laundry from coming out. Singer said that the 29-year-old athlete had agreed to take another paternity test but the woman in question allegedly refused it.

“You also defamed Khloe Kardashian with a ridiculous fabricated lie that she paid off people because you 'have lots of dirt on [Tristan]' and to shut her up,” the letter read.

The order served as a warning and if Alexander continued with her allegations, Singer said she may have to face “multi-million-dollar claims" in court. Of late, Kardashian and Thompson have been plagued with pregnancy rumors.

The exes, who are social distancing together with their 2-year-old daughter True in one roof, have been speculated to be expecting their second bundle of joy. Kardashian’s behavior on social media of late led many people to think that she is pregnant anew, Page Six reported.

The “Revenge Body” star has been sharing throwback pictures on Instagram and keen observers were quick to notice that she is cropping her stomach out of recent photos, prompting gossipers to say that Kardashian is hiding something. Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that she has been on lockdown with Thompson.

Plus, in an episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the reality star hinted that she was considering Thompson to be a sperm donor. An irritated Kardashian took to Twitter to slam those who have been saying mean things about her because of the rumor.
