Khloe Kardashian ‘Worried’ Over Lamar Odom, Reportedly Provides Financial Support, Report Says

Khloe Kardashian has been a supportive presence to Lamar Odom since the former NBA basketball player’s hospitalization in 2015. A latest report has now stated that the TV personality’s support reportedly included financial assistance for her estranged husband.

The “Kocktails with Khloe” host has been helping Odom recover following his October 2015 hospitalization. Kardashian, who cancelled divorce proceedings given the former athlete’s sudden health challenges, has played a major part in Odom’s support system. An insider shared in an interview with People magazine that the reality star has also been providing financial assistance to Odom.

The “Strong Looks Better Naked” author’s monetary support allegedly included paying for her estranged husband’s three-month hospital stay. Odom was rushed to the hospital in October after he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel. The former NBA star nearly died from a fatal drug overdose. Odom has also been battling alcohol and substance abuse prior the incident.

Kardashian was said to have even purchased the $3 million Calabasas home where Odom has been residing after his hospitalization. "Khloe supports Lamar financially in every way," the insider stated.

The same was also mentioned by a source who told Us Weekly magazine that Kardashian has been “fully supporting” Odom in terms of finances. However, an insider close to Odom stated that Kardashian was not paying for the former athlete’s bills. The insider clarified that the reality star has been acting as Odom’s “caretaker” who provides authorization to the “management company to pay using Lamar’s money.” The expenses that Odom has incurred were reportedly paid for using “Lamar’s money, not her money,” the insider added.

Meanwhile, the youngest among the Kardashian sisters was said to be “very worried” over her estranged husband, another source told Us Weekly. Odom was recently spotted at a bar in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 26. The source even shared that Odom has refused to listen to Kardashian. “He actually said, ‘Nothing will happen to me. Look at how I survived this last one,’” the source stated.
