Kim Kardashian will sign a prenuptial agreement with his fiancé Kris Humphries and they both think that is “the smart thing to do”, according to TMZ.

Attorney Robert Kardashian said that Kim’s father would like her to make a contract before marriage as “financial precautions”. The famous TV star now is worth $35 million while Humphries earns $3.2 million as a player of the New Jersey Nets in the NBA. Access Hollywood says, Humphries' family also owns a chain of burger restaurants that brings his worth to an estimated $8 million.

Only after six months’ dating, Humphries brought a 20.5-carat ring to Kim with the proposal Will you marry me? After their hurry engagement it was said Kardashian also wanted to ditch her last name. But now they are planning to play it safe with a pre-nup?
