Kim Kardashian Announces KKW Beauty Restock Date For Sold-Out Contour Kit

Kim Kardashian’s KKW Beauty launch saw an overwhelming demand, which its premier Crème Contour and Highlight Kit flying off of its digital shelves in a single day. For fans hoping to get their hands on the product, which has seen rave reviews from beauty bloggers, Kardashian on Friday announced the restock date for her signature contour product.

In an Instagram post shared on KKW Beauty’s official account, the 36-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star announced that product will be available again Thursday, July 6 — just the long Memorial Day weekend. The product will be available on the brand’s website at 12 p.m. PST.

Within 20 minutes of its post, the Instagram gif had already amassed tens of thousands of views.

Kardashian has spoken candidly about her KKW Beauty line being the first business venture for which she’s actively made every decision from start to finish. During an interview earlier this month at the Forbes Women’s Summit, shortly before the product’s official launch, Kardashian discussed her process behind launching with a contour and highlighting product.

“We’re launching with a contour kit, my favorite. I think with everything I’ve done — I change my looks up all the time — but the one thing that’s consistent is contour. So we’re a cream contour with the launch with a dual-ended brush to blend it. There’s a highlighter kit with it — it all comes together.”

When asked whether she would be tackling additional products down the line as did her younger sister with Kylie Cosmetics — which sells everything from its signature lip kits to eyeshadow palettes — Kardashian said “absolutely.”

She added, “Everything has been my favorite products that I use all the time — hopefully every month we’ll have a drop of another product. I’m focusing on skin and the contouring and concealer and all my favorite things will be coming out soon.”
