Kim Kardashian Breaks Silence On Bruce Jenner Interview: What She Said

Kim Kardashian and Bruce Jenner still have a close relationship, even though he has divorced her mother, Kris Jenner. As a show of support, Kardashian, 34, revealed she would watch his Diane Sawyer interview on ABC's “20/20” Friday night, where he is expected to discuss his rumored transition into womanhood.

"Yes, we will be all watching as a family tonight. That is all I am going to say about it now,” the reality star told E! News at Variety's 2015 Power of Women luncheon in New York City Friday.

The Kardashian-Jenner brood has been tight-lipped about the Olympian’s two-hour special with Sawyer, especially after Kim slipped previously. She simply said it was his “journey” to tell, and her family members were reportedly furious with her.

"I think Bruce is very happy, the happiest I've ever seen him.. ... He's our dad, so we support him no matter what. … I guess I'll kind of let everyone be curious and I feel like that's his journey to talk about,” Kim told "Entertainment Tonight" in January. "I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way. ... I think everyone goes through things in life.”

Kim's father, O.J. Simpson pal Robert Kardashian Sr., died in 2003.

Ex-stepbrother Brody Jenner, 34, son of Bruce's second wife, Linda Thompson, was livid. "He wishes Kim wouldn't have said anything other than that Bruce is doing great," a source told Radar Online. "This is a very sensitive time for Bruce and everyone involved, so Brody would prefer that the family not make any public comments about his dad beyond that."

But now, finally, it’s up to Jenner to do the talking. In a preview for the special, the former "world's greatest athlete" talks about if he’ll be all right. "Yeah. I hope I'm gonna be OK. I feel like I'm gonna be OK ... 2015's gonna be quite a ride. Quite a ride,” he tells Sawyer in the promo.
