Kim Kardashian to change her name to Kim Humphries

After years spent creating a name for herself, reality television star Kim Kardashian will change her name to Kim Humphries once she marries her boyfriend Kris.

Citing sources, TMZ is reporting that Kardashian will for sure change her name and take NBA star Kris Humphries last name with the couple ties the knot later this summer.

Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, recently told Popeater.com, I don't think she should take his name and be Kim Humphries ... She needs to be Kim Kardashian because she's worked so hard to get where she is.

When Kim's sister Khloe got married she changed her name to Khloe Kardashian Odom. She married Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom.

It is unclear whether Kim will completely drop Kardashian or if she will become Kim Kardashian Humphries.

Just last week Humphries proposed to Kardashian with a $2 million engagement ring. Rumors circulated the Internet today claiming that Kardashian was pregnant.

She was quick to dispel the rumors on her blog.

This is crazy, she wrote. I am NOT pregnant! ... one day I want a baby! But I'm not pregnant.

She added, I foresee lots of crazy, made up stories coming out in the near future. Believe that if you hear it from me, it will be true. Otherwise, don't always believe what you read, dolls.
