Kim Kardashian Donates Twice the Value of Wedding Gifts to Charity

When the marriage between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries ended after only 72 days, many wondered what would happen to all the extravagant wedding gifts the couple received.

Now, it seems, Kardashian has figured out what to do with them--keep them! However, the reality star will donate double the amount that the gifts are worth to the Dream Foundation.

I would like to thank you for your generous and thoughtful wedding gift. It has taken me some time to pull everything together but I wanted to let you know that the money for every gift received by me at my wedding has been donated to the Dream Foundation, Kardashian wrote on a thank-you note obtained by TMZ.

Kardashian and Humphries received around $100,000 in wedding gifts and Kardashian will donate twice that amount to the charity.

The Dream Foundation was founded in 1993 and is a wish-granting organization for adults.
