Kim Kardashian Fans Attack Her For Cutting Up Dior Dress For Jimmy Kimmel Appearance [PHOTOS]

Kim Kardashian may have been a stylist before becoming a reality star, but that does't mean she always gets approval for her fashion choices. The 33-year-old headed to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Thursday night while wearing a Dior dress -- well, what used to be a Dior dress. Kardashian decided to cut the dress into two, making it a crop top and skirt combo.

She posted a photo of her outfit on Instagram, along with the caption, Tonight’s look- #AllPinkEverything #DiorDressICutInto2Pieces #ManoloHeels#LorraineSchwartzJewels. Fans were quick to react to Kardashian cutting an acclaimed designer’s work.

“I don’t understand cutting a dress. Why the midriff showing thing now? What are you trying to prove? You are a beautiful woman without having to wear ‘beach attire’ constantly. I just don’t get it…”@crispmama07 said.

“Who cuts a Dior dress?!” asked @straightnay.

“...you don’t take a designer’s vision and cjhop it in to two. And redesigning someone’s dress doesn’t make u a designer. All that just to show skin? She would have pulled it off so well and would more classy if she just kept it the way it was,” said @dianak15.

Lately, Kardashian has worn quite a number of crop top and skirt combinations. She seems keen on showing off her incredible weight loss since giving birth to North seven months ago. The Atkins diet has apparently worked wonders for the reality star, who has praised the meal plans that the diet recommends. She lost 56 pounds following the low-carbohydrate meal plan in which carbs are drastically reduced and protein is increased; the body then then uses fat as fuel, causing rapid weight loss.

During an appearance late last year on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno," Kardashian admitted that getting rid of the extra pounds after the birth of her daughter was the “greatest challenge” of her life.
