Kim Kardashian Interview: Star Talks Kanye West And Kids On 'Ellen'

Kim Kardashian West gave her first public interview Thursday since being robbed in her Paris apartment on Oct. 3, 2016. Sitting for an interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” the reality star spoke about the incident, saying it made her “such a better person.” In a separate clip from the show, Kardashian West spoke about her life with her children and husband Kanye West.

Discussing her children and family life, 36-year-old Kardashian West started with little Saint. “He’s my twin,” Kardashian West said. “He’s literally my twin personality. He’s so sweet. He’s such a good, good boy. He’s such a good person.”

For fans of little North, it sounds like she borrows her temperament from her father.

“She’s really, really smart. She knows how to outsmart us — or she thinks she does,” Kardashian West said. “She is Kanye’s twin. Same personality, says the same crazy things.” The audience got a good laugh out of that one.

“Them talking together is quite something, I bet,” commented DeGeneres. “What does she say? What wild things?”

“I mean, she’ll just sit looking at me and say, ‘Mommy, I don’t like Ellen,’” said Kardashian, pointing in DeGeneres’ direction. “Or whoever it is. It’s like, ‘Not now.’ And she’s like, ‘Why, Mom? I’m being honest.’”

Later in the interview, Kardashian discussed West’s upcoming 40th birthday and DeGeneres offered to have the entire family honor him on an episode. They also chatted about Kardashian’s lip kit collaboration with half-sister Kylie Jenner for Kylie Cosmetics, adding that the line sold out in “minutes.”
