Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Are Having Another Baby Girl Via Surrogate

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are having another baby girl.

Kim and West are reportedly expecting another daughter, TMZ reported. The publication noted that the couple's surrogate is having a baby girl and is due in January 2018. Multiple sources also confirmed the gender of Kim and West's new baby via surrogate to Us Weekly. All insiders confirmed that the couple's third baby is a girl.

A number of sources already claimed that Kim and West are expecting via surrogate, but the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has never confirmed these reports. "[On the possibility of a third child with Kanye, reportedly via surrogate] I hope so," Kim told The Hollywood Reporter. "There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything. We're definitely trying. We are hoping so."

Kim's BFF Simon Huck revealed that the reality star has always wanted a big family. So, adding another child to their brood will not be surprising.

"Kim has always wanted a big family," Huck revealed. "I'm not sure what her actual plan is, but I know that having a big family and coming from a big family has been important to her. When you think of who has changed in the family, Kim as a mother, that I think has been the biggest transition. Her life has now become her kids. That is her No. 1 priority. So it makes sense that she would want to have a bigger family."

Kim reportedly checked with her doctor if it is safe for her to get pregnant again. However, due to her placenta accreta condition, which makes another pregnancy life threatening, the medical professional advised against it. This could be the reason the couple has decided to have a surrogate for their third baby instead.

Kim and West's third baby reportedly cost the couple $45,000. They agreed to pay the surrogate $4,500 for 10 months. They also demanded that the surrogate refrain from smoking, drinking and taking drugs. In addition to this, she is also prohibited to engage in any sexual activities in the weeks leading up the pregnancy and following the embryo implantation.
