Is baby No. 2 on the way for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West? Not yet, but they’re trying. A new look at Season 10 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reveals that the Hollywood couple is looking to expand their family.

“I’ve been having sex 500 times a day,” Kim tells sister Khloé in the promo video.

Kim, 34, gave birth to daughter North West on June 15, 2013. Throughout her pregnancy, she was very vocal about her discomfort. “The pregnancy, I wouldn’t really wish that upon anyone. Anyone,” she told Ellen Degeneres on her talk show last January. But she admitted that it was “all worth it in the end.”

“My labor was easy,” Kim added. “But just the whole pregnancy was so … I had a few medical issues, so it was really tough, and I gained a lot of weight.”

Despite the difficulties, Kim told Degeneres she always wanted to have six children – and according to Us Weekly, Kim and Kanye, 37, are actively working on making that a reality. The magazine reports that the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” Season 10 premiere will feature Kanye visiting his wife on the set of a photo shoot … for a “quickie.”

“You didn’t bone in the bathroom …" Khloé asks Kim in another preview for the coming season. “That’s how hard you’re trying?”

Based on previous interviews, the answer is yes. “It’s been more challenging to get pregnant the second time around,” she told reporters. “When you’re not planning it, it happens … And when you want it so bad, it’s not happening.”

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” Season 10 premieres on E! on March 15.
