Kim Kardashian is Kris' perfect godly woman, will change last name to Humphries

Kris Humphries can't stop gushing about his wife-to-be Kim Kardashian, who he says is his perfect godly woman, and is excited that she will be taking on his last name after marriage.

On the inside of the 20.5 carat diamond engagement ring, is inscribed two Bible verses - Proverbs 31: 10-31 and 1 John 3:18.

While the verse from Proverbs is about the perfect godly woman, the other is about love, Kris tells People.

Kris didn't come across the verses by chance. It took him a few days to pick them out and research the perfect ones, Kris says.

Between the two passages is a third engraving that says K [heart] K

Though the age difference between Kim and Kris is four years, their love for each other knows no bounds. While Kris has lavished a $2 million rock on her, Kim has professed her love for the NBA star by telling the world that she'll be changing her last name from Kardashian to Humphries.

Kim's decision has shocked her family and the whole world as Kardashian is the biggest name in reality television earning her and her family about $20-25 million annually through endorsements, special event appearances, etc.

However, Kim doesn't seem to care. Her elder sister Khloe Kardashian had changed her name to Khloe Kardashian Odom when she married NBA star Lamar Odom (of Lakers).

Incidentally, Kris Jenner got her own name changed from Kardashian to Jenner when she married former Olympian Bruce Jenner.

Kim also said she's ready to move in and settle down in New Jersey (Kris plays for New Jersey Nets) , her fiance's home state, leaving the glitz and glamor of Los Angeles behind her.
