Khloe Kardashian and many Netizens showed their support to Kim Kardashian as she launched her new television documentary show on Oxygen, Sunday.

The youngest of the Kardashian sisters took to Twitter and expressed how proud she was of her older sister in helping and educating others about the justice system in the United States.

It wasn’t just Khloe. Netizens also flooded Twitter with comments pertaining to Kardashian’s advocacy, and how it inspired them.

There was one Twitter user who said that Kardashian was problematic but the reality star’s action was praiseworthy.

The documentary show, “Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project,” featured the “KUWTK” star’s quest to fight for criminal justice reform in the U.S. The show introduced four inmates, namely: Dawn Jackson, Alexis Martin, David Sheppard and Momolu Stewart, who are currently serving; however, Kardashian believed that these were unjust sentences, Metro UK reported.

Kardashian reportedly hopes to “humanize” her subjects and enlighten others of their capability for reform by giving “more context” to their stories and presenting the events that led up to their persecution.

Yes, Stewart was freed on parole. This was after Kardashian, through a letter, supported his release following a 23-year service in prison, Daily Mail reported.

Here’s how the other Netizens react after the “Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project” premiered.

One Netizen shared how the show touched her, and emphasized how it meant to people to have someone like Kanye West’s wife backing such cause and helping others.

Another Netizen pointed out that Kardashian was doing an amazing work. There were so many lives that changed because of her advocacy.

Notably, Kardashian lobbied for the release of Alice Marie Johnson. Johnson was granted clemency by the U.S. President Donald Trump because of Kardashian’s efforts. Johnson once had a promising career, unfortunately, she got addicted to gambling and was sentenced to life for a non-violent drug offense, USA Today reported.

Kardashian is reportedly working with #Cut50, a bipartisan effort to reduce crime and incarceration across all 50 states in the U.S. As part of the strategies in line with criminal justice reform advocacy, Kardashian consults with different inmates, lawyers and judges, apart from getting involve with the actual policy work, E! News reported.

In the documentary, Kardashian clarified that she believes in punishment. Somehow, she believes that there are amazing people behind bars who don’t deserve for their lives to be thrown away because of the circumstances faced or their living condition which led them to make such decisions.
