Kim Kardashian has made no secret about the fact that she wants to lose 15-20 pounds following the birth of her one-year-old daughter, North. The reality star recently posted an older picture of herself on Instagram from five years ago, when she was 28-years-old, and while she was definitely thinner, fans are questioning whether or not she needs to shed so much weight.
Her current trainer, Joey Gonzalez, who works at Barry's Bootcamp, told Radar Online about her intense workouts, and how she plans on dropping the weight. "Kim has been coming in quite regularly lately," he said. "We focus on different areas of the body each day and Kim has been frequenting every class to make sure she gets a full-body workout."
Kardashian is also tweaking her diet. She will likely go back on the Atkins diet, which apparently worked wonders for her after the birth of North. She has praised the meal plans the diet recommends.
