Kim Kardashian Threatens To Sue Agency For Clicking, Trying To Sell Nude Photos
Kim Kardashian has threatened to sue a Los Angeles-based paparazzi agency that claims to have obtained nude photos of the reality TV star and is trying to sell them. Marty Singer, Kardashian’s lawyer, sent a letter to X17, accusing the company of breaking the law by taking the photos using a chopper with a telephoto lens.
Kardashian reportedly said that the agency's claims were false and that she was wearing a blue bikini when she saw the helicopter. She immediately covered herself up using a towel, TMZ reported. Kardashian has reportedly threatened the agency that if it sells the photographs, it would face huge damages for invasion of privacy as the pictures were clicked while she was at her Hidden Hills home in Los Angeles.
The company has since taken the photos offline, TMZ reported.
In March, Kardashian’s husband Kanye West posted a series of nude pictures of her on Twitter, while congratulating her on the premiere of Season 10 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” He had captioned one of the photos: “I’m so lucky.”
Kardashian had responded by posting, “Ummmm how cute is my husband?!?!?!?! Ugh I love him so much!!!”
Kardashian also did a NSFW nude photo shoot for Love magazine that hit the stands on Feb. 9. Last fall, Kardashian posed nude for a shoot for Paper magazine that “broke the internet.”
